ESG*, Stakeholder, and Dialog Management
Is the sustainability of your organization questioned by customers or NGOs? Are the expectations of your stakeholders changing in ways you don’t understand? Do sustainability ratings require more and more work each year, with no strategic benefit? Do you want to establish ESG management that promotes and protects your business interests?

Corporate (Social) Responsibility (CSR)

CSR can provide the perfect leverage to help turn donations and memberships into strategic partnerships that draw on and strengthen entrepreneurial skills. Then you’ll tap into creative spaces where you can develop and hone the networks, business opportunities, and markets of tomorrow. This approach is scalable and doesn’t limit the social benefit to just a few flagship projects. Insurance giant Allianz, for example, leveraged CSR to cultivate microinsurance policies that today cover 60 million customers on three continents.
Reputation and Issue Management, Governance, and Compliance
Is your good name threatened by a changing social and political landscape? Because the public suddenly sees business relationships in a different light—or because people in your organization make mistakes? Do your employees or members lack guidance on how to behave in difficult situations?
Those who want to act with integrity need role models as well as concrete support and model solutions for tough situations. I work with your experts to develop and optimize everyday tools and processes to support integrity management: codes of conduct, reputation and issue management, and guidelines for communications, lobbying, data protection, and other high-risk areas that demand integrity.

The spaceship institute is a place where we find answers to the challenges of tomorrow that aren’t unique to any one organization and that confront many of us: How can we organize developmental partnerships in a way that works both globally and locally? How can transparency and governance lead to better rule of law? How can corruption be contained? How can growth and consumption become sustainable? How can media and media consumers strengthen values and democracy?
